"Cricket must never be mixed with politics". But cricket must also be not mixed with making money at the cost of national pride. When Pakistan is playing mischief with India, what is that the Indian cricketing community is going to achieve by playing cricket with them? Can there be sports friendship when our soldiers' blood spills in Kashmir and other borders? Why Pakistan is also so keen to play cricket with India? The way in which Shiv Sena protested may be questionable. But the purpose behind which they did this is true and beyond doubt. When Pakistan is deceitfully inflicting wounds on India on the border and when the Pak trained terrorists are bleeding our country, we need not get "Shaabhaashi" of international community by playing cricket with Pak. Pakistan is a country which does not deserve sympathy, brotherhood or cultural and sports exchanges at all under the present circumstances. Let them close the terror training schools, colleges and universities on their soil; let them behave with honesty in solving the border, geographical and other issues. Cricket, art and cultural exchanges must come last. It is the least priority for our country.
When Pakistan is bent upon bleeding India by all possible means- openly waging a war against India through Terrorists, sabotaging Army camps and important public assets, killing our our brave Army and innocent people by IEDs, Pumping millions & millions of counterfeit Indian Currency in to our country to shatter our Economy on what face BCCI wants to play Cricket with uncivilized country on the earth that is Pakistan. BCCI does not have any self respect or shame.For the sake of money they can stoop down to any level.

Pakistan openly say they have the unfinished agenda of Kashmir and as long as K is not resolved terror against India will continue. Once Pak defiantly challenges India like this why should India play cricket with Pak ? Frankly majority of Indian people do not want Ind-Pak bilateral cricket at all in the prevailing environment of mistrust. Over two decades of cricket diplomacy only brought more terror in return for India. Let us resolve K first so that Pak need not have any alibi for terror against India. Thus, in principle SS's protest is very valid and the entire country backs them sans their violent methods. Unfortunately the BJP , the past masters in making U-turns in almost every issue not unsurprisingly have now suddenly find Pak the best cricketing friend while in opposition they wanted Pak isolated in the world. The Modi Govt’s On-Off policy on Pak Is not just damaging India’s image in the world but also a betrayal of jawans’ sacrifices on the borders. Is there any doubt that the BCCI officials and other votaries of Pak are busy making their career and good money out of Ind-Pak back channel diplomacy ?

Was this guy syed kirmani trying to settle few years back. Why is he seen with pakis.If he tries to talk of Indo pak matches he must be sternly dealt with and must be punished.BCCI should not entertain him, or his family members if he tries to fool with apk in indian soil
