he cant bad, he cant defend score. no excuses. he cant defend the score of 199. keeping is better. he is burden to team since few years. selectors must think about this
Mr. Dhoni is correct. He is using his brain too much. For what ? to chalk out excuses in case the team loses / Instead he should use it to work out strategies to stop the trend, if he senses the game is going away from his side.
Dhoni was courageous earlier and whenever there was a pressure he will take it by promoting himself to bat at no 4. nowadays he comes at no 6. while this can be seen as a positive move to give opportunities to new comers to bat in top of the order, it hurts the team often coz especially in do or die matches. when a batsman like Dhoni does not often bat for long overs, he is bound to lose his batting skill and cannot expect suddenly to become a savior in crucial matches.
Dhone should learn from Sangakara and De villers where the former is a opener and the latter comes at no 3 or 4 which will give a batsman like him to settle for some time before hitting match winning scores.

Though I agree with you but correcting you that dhoni never batted at No. 4 position in any T20 before. It were ODIs when he batted at No. 4 position.

Can anybody remember the last good score or contribution by Dhoni in T-20 match? He is a complete failure as a captain and even more as a batsman. Instead of blaming others he should introspect about his own failure as a captain and batsman. Why he don't promote himself in the order to increase the run rate? WHY HE KEEPS OUT RAHANE WHO IS PROLIFIC RUN GETTER IN RECENT MATCHES OVER RAYUDU? WHY HE CHOSE MOHIT SHARMA? WHY HE CHOSE AXAR PATEL OVER MISHRA, WHO BALLED WELL IN SRILANKA? DHONI IS BECOMING MORE AND MORE SELF CENTERED AND SELFISH CRICKETER WHO ONLY WANTS TO SAVE HIS POSITION IN THE TEAM AND THAT'S WHY BLAME OTHERS INSTEAD OF TAKING THE RESPONSIBILITY HIMSELF.

If you keep Dhoni as captain he will not leave a street bowler (Mohit Sharma) like players who can't defend 199 in a 20-20 match . It is high time to remove the Chennai Super King team from international team baring Raina and Aswain.
