Certainly Not - Indians are a Bunch of Cowards and Never had the Guts to Attack any Country First in their Entire History, so that option is ruled out.
We neither have The Political will, nor the Valour to Safeguard India on a war footing.
Our Indian Borders are getting thinner by the day and we are losing territory day after day.
