Sachin is a human being and it is very normal to misplace your baggage while travelling. Why, It has become a national news? Sick minds, cannot see beyond their fantasies.
BA asking for his name and address is the problem of his jobless fanboys. His problem is something more than missed baggage. It is something which European airlines constantly do to the citizens of third world countries. I have experienced it first hand.

You are absolutely right Sir. All these so called VIPs travel by foreign airlines and then criticise Air India.
Loosing one's checked in baggage in not new for air travelers. Regarding BA asking for Sachin's address, the intention could be to know to which address the baggage is to be delivered.

British Airways is the worst airline in the world. Be it their check-in methods, waitlist reconciliation or customer care, they care the least about their passengers. Nobody having any other option even at a little higher cost should travel using BA
