Ashwin in my opinion is like Kumble in passing judgements, very apt and dignified and frank and true..The cricket journos have to go about their comments more scientifically, instead of rushing to conclusions

Had it been in South Africa

If it Had it been in South Africa - They would have prepared a Bouncy pitch and Ashwin would have remained wicketless like how he usually bowls abroad.

Remember India might Win this Test and also the Series - But it comes just because we have a Spin comfort zone.

I am 1000% Sure England, Australia, South Africa and New Zealand will further continue to Exploit Indian team's Traditional weakness of not able to play on Fast, Swinging, Seaming and Bouncy wickets.

And India will continue to prepare Dustbowls like these till how long I don't know.

East never meets West - Neither of them will change.

Pitch

One can understand Ashwin's animosity towards Johannesburg, because On India's tour of South Africa, Ashwin had a difficult time with the ball. He picked only one wicket across three ODIs and went wicketless in his 42 overs in the first Test at Johannesburg, following which, he lost his spot in the team to Jadeja for the second Test.
It is natural for a bowler to claim that his success was due to his bowling ability and the pitch had no part to play.

The Pitch.

All said & done there has to be some decency of preparing a pitch u cant make it a paddy field. While deVilliers was batting & taking on a drive a hea of dust flew as if an excavator is moving round the ground. How long we will play a role of an ostrich?
The condition of the itch is deteriorating very fast
may be the 4th innings will be played on a different turf!!!!
