During last years / decade, ICC was very lenient towards chucking, bowlers were allowed to bend their hand on medical ground & that is how couple of great bowlers emerged. I still recall a statement of a former Indian off spinner that will a blind be allowed to run a plane. It is good that ICC has done some crack-down against chucking to save the cricket.
