Bangalore to Chennai in IPL ON Friday
by srirama chandra rao on May 23, 2015 07:43 PM

It is not Mr Cool or Not cool. Dropped catches cost RCB the match and Hussey flourished because of dropped catches. We have to appreciate RCB for their fight till the last and Chennai won in the penultimate ball though 140 is not a big score. it is not good strategy to play the best batsmen in 1to 3 slots. Both Virat and Develliers fell and Gayle was not at his best that day

really pity Nehra

even for the ODI series against Bangladesh, Nehra has not been considered. He should have been selected in place of Kulkarni.

Saer, the style of English in your posts reminds me of great cricket columnists like Henry Bloefeld,Tony Cozier, Richie Benaud etc.

Umpire was intimidated by fierce look & appeal of Nehra to give ABD Thigh before Wicket-latest invention of IPL umpires. There was similar appeal against Gayle just a while ago hence Umpire could not control his "emotions" to oblige Nehra for second appeal.

Well,I saw both the dismissals. Gayle, being so tall,if the ball hits him just above the knee, any umpire will feel that the ball will sail over the stump.
Not so in the case of de Villiers.

ramdas if the batsman had ducked and the ball had hit the helmet or his head and it is in line of the stumps according to the rules it is still out even if you want to call it helmet or head before the wicket...
