I was always worried about such an accident to happen looking at the towering sixes some of the batsmen hit in to the crowds.any one can get injured if he is not careful enough to duck the ball landing on his head or any part of his face.BCCI and the organiser of the local Cricket administration should adequately compensate the injured policeman. The W.B CM would do the needful by providing alternate job wthin the polce dept to the injuree polceman.
The grave injury of Mr.Aich is a shocking news to one and all. He got injured when he was on duty and was in official uniform. He was not a trespasser after all in Eden Garden where he had gone to carry out an order of his superior. Now, it'll be primary duty of the Police Deptt. to take appropriate action with regard to compensation as per rule to the victim. In case the Big Bosses of Home Ministry are afraid to take any decision on the compensation issue, Mr. Aich can approach the concerned Minister for justice which, I believe, will not be denied to him.

eye donation might give new sight to the police so BCCI must find a donar now for the cop there is no other way now
This is extremely painful incident. The sponsors of the match must act on humanitarian grounds to help the policeman injured. Otherwise the IPL Management must consider to help the family. The cricket fans must react to this.We pray for you Mr.Aich
