I think he is only one wall of Indian team, he give his 100% to team, as a wicket keeper , as a slip fielder as a batsmen he plays great role. I personally thinking he is no.1 player of all time Indian cricket team.
Rahul, the Wall is the title he got for sheer determination to occupy the crease and giving problems to the bowlers to dislodge him. It is not because of any thing else. That count no body can be compared. Rahane is doing well in test cricket, even in IPL and he has become mainstay now. Like Kohli, Rahane also cemented his place. He is a gifted stroke player and his play is with natural skill and timing. We wish him all the best. This is the time to make him Vice Captain for test cricket as he will be there in the team certainly
We make too much about draavid, without looking at his overall contribution to the team. In fielding also he is a wall, who will not move from his position in slip. He will run qickly if the run counts for him, but not for his batting partner - responsible for many run-outs!

HE is a specialist fielder in that postion and he got world record for catches. He is always a team man and great batsman. Often because of his defensive batting, always he is under shadow but other wise he did remarkably well with a fairly good average in test cricket. Hats off to him, the wall
