IPL in not a game

Its purely an entertainment masala meant for entertainment. Its given importance because of involvement of huge amount of money in such games.

IPL did not get bigger because of BCCI Support. It got bigger because of international cricketers, brief exciting and pulsating games in shorter duration formats, packed stadiums, food and beverages, big advertising sponsors etc. First class cricket does not even draw crowds of a thousand people. How will it become important?

IPL will be a hit with or without the cheerleaders! How do you think cricket became a craze in India? First due to 1983 WC win and next due to Sachin Tendulkar at the start of 90s. Where were the cheerleaders then?

Absolutely right. WHo bothers about cheer leaders and it is cricket which plays vital interest for viewers or spectators
