Any Indo Pak cricket in Middle East is looked by Indians with suspecian of involvement of Gangsters like Dawood Ibrahim & Co who remain the VIP guests of Pakistan and some of the biggest match fixers. Hence if Pakistan can expel such elements from Pakistan or put them under arrest and take responsibility for clean cricket then only they should be speaking to BCCI on bilateral cricket.

Pakis want us to play (outplay) them in UAE in the presence of their Chief Guest 'D'.
Well I have met Pakistanis outside of Pakistan and there is no difference between them and Indians. There are Pakistanis and Bangladesh people who are very helpful and I think we should resolve the cross border issues peacefully. Cricket is a game and it should be taken outside politics. I also recommend that we check the pulse of Pakistan from time to time to adjudge if play can be continued.
I feel any ties with Pakistan be it trade, culture, sports or anything must be precede with respect to us. Without this ties of any kind will not work. BCCI should put national pride first and then money.
Having played World Cup in Australia/New Zealand with Pakistan, I see no reason playing Pakistan in UAE or any other neutral country.
Or considering the animosity with Pakistan, we should take a policy decision that we should not play Pakistan in any other sporting competition be it World Cup.
