Yuvraj, a flop show.
by Kersie Madon on May 12, 2015 02:18 PM  | Hide replies

Oh! What a waste. People don't earn Rs: 16 Crs: in several re-births. This guy should voluntarily not take more than Rs: 16 Lacs which, too, he doesn't deserve. He has time to party & chase girls but a flop show on the field. DD were fools to buy him for Rs: 16 Crs. Don't pay him. Let him go to court.

Yuvraj's price tag in IPL
by gopalakrishnan caruthedath on May 12, 2015 02:05 PM

Whatever said and done, his performance never deserved such a high price. May be there are other reasons for rewarding him with such a huge price. Even he would not have dreamt of such an offer.

Yuvraj's selection in Delhi Daredevils

In public auction every thing is market driven why yuvraj alone? It is for the franchisees mad desire to have him in the team has tagged that price to him as if no body in world is available with the same talent as Yuvraj. Why they are desperate to have him we fail to understand when so many other players are available for lesser price

people should talk
by Gopalakrishna Nadar on May 12, 2015 10:37 AM

about the contribution made or not by the players and desist fro commenting on the money they are getting which is in bad taste. The franchisee paid the money expecting contribution from them which is not a guarantee. So, it is not the players mistake. In many places you can see some people getting more money. Whoever gets it let them enjoy.

Yuvraj has tremendous will power and he is bound to bounce back.

ZAK has proved that this man is made of steel and still most valued pace attack for india.

Veru is by and large a lost case.

On the basis of the form, ABD Villiers should have been the most costly player, but it seems there are other factors in IPL which determines players worth the biggest of which is the salaebility of the player in the India market.

Franchise need to answer
by Akshaya narayana on May 11, 2015 06:16 PM  | Hide replies

They can say the price is market determined, but the question remains unanswered , why diid DD bought yuvi at that price and RCB bought DK for that hefty price...? which is almost the same price tag they got in the last year Auction.
