English Cricket has become more Cruel to its players
by RSS on May 06, 2015 02:55 AM

Just like Australian and South African Selectors, England's Selection committee is also very aggressive and cruel and Remove Reputed and Experienced players at the drop of a hat.

Every Player is a Human being and He or she can fail on the given day - Does not mean that they should be done away totally with and not given the Long rope.

The Australian Selectors lost no time in Removing Ricky Ponting, Adam Gilchrist, Michael Clarke, and others when they started underperforming.

South Africa removed Graeme Smith who still had some more years to play and so did Jacques Kallis leave when he could have played in 2015 World cup.

Look at Indian cricket - We gave Sachin such a Long career that nobody can match in Future, despite failing in the most crucial encounters whenever we were totally dependent on his performance to win. Virat Kohli will also join his ranks soon - Despite losing on the Big day.

Same with Ishant Sharma, Shikhar Dhawan and Ravichandran Ashwin and Ravindra Jadeja who have their Captain's backing after losing so many matches due to their personal failures.

Every Country has its own Standards and Tolerance level when it comes to winning - But India seems to be more Laid back and appear to take defeat in their stride rather than look for options.
