That his team NZ is champ only at home, as proved now and in 1992.
In fact the great WI of the 80s got defeated by these NZ on their home ground, and they also needed local umpire help, including one called Goodall.
They are the Srini & dhoni of NZ.

One WI fast bowler rammed into Goodall out of anger and was banned.
