India's loss
by brajeshwar nath on Mar 28, 2015 01:06 AM

Think of it - the writing was on the wall. Right from the time WC started, the media campaign was all about sledging, give it back, blah, blah,... why the campaign did not focus on cricket? In the end, India lost because of this mind set - arrogance written all over the team.We have too badly pampered these guys. Once in a while such shocks are good for cricket since it would bring them down to earth and make them behave like human beings.
And yes, they must focus on only cricket and nothing else.Right? media managers.... are u listening?

Even England, which does not take ODIs seriously managed to beat Team BCCI. If Team BCCI was in Pool A, Australia, England and NZ would easily have beaten them. Even qualifying for QFs would be tough.

It was clearly evident that the WC format this time would see to it that modt of the test sides could qualify for the knockouts. England beat India in the tri series, if Bangla had not beaten India England would beat India in the QF.

Even minnows will find it difficult to match Team BCCI's record of failing to win even a single match against Australia , across all formats of the game, during their 4 month stay there.

What happened to Team India's Campaign and Ads on Star Sports??
by RSS on Mar 27, 2015 02:16 AM  | Hide replies

I saw a Proud Ashwin Declare - "L0sing Teams talk about Conditions, Weather and

Pitches", But India stumbled Badly against Home Team Australia.

Mauka Mauka - Gone for Both Pakistan & India

Won't Give it Back - Became "Won't Get it back"

I expected Dhobi to Retire at the End of this World Cup - He is not willing to go home.

Virat Kohli was Supporting Australia's cause and Virat was their 12th Man playing for

Australia's cause and for helping his own Greed to Indian ODI captaincy.

Mauka Mauka - it is actually for the 2019 World Cup.

Won't Give it Back - it is not giving back the dream of winning the 2019 World Cup.

Virat Kohli was Supporting Anushka Sharma because he had a fear that Anushka would leave him & changeover to Mitchell Johnson!!! Thats why there is a bitter duel going on between Virat & Mitchell.

Given so many chances, yet failed when India needed him the most.
