New BCCI regime says no change in stance on DRS

 DRS, Hotspot and Snickometer must become Mandatory

ICC should ensure All Cricket boards make DRS, Hotspot and Snickometer must be made Mandatory for Tests, ODI's and T20's .

We will have worse decisions without them and might lose crucial matches due to umpire's faults in judgement.
