SSI
India at SCG
by SSI on Mar 26, 2015 10:31 AM

there is a difference between ordinary ODI & WC semi finals, I hope the writer should know this. any team winning consistently knows how to win big matches! that way India has advantage..MSD is very well reader of the match situation than anybody else & he is leading young team India. hence chances are high for team India, we respect Aussies but they fall short of something to win semis..lets wait & watch..we pray for Team India for 1% luck 99% efforts.

performance on tht particular day matters .. not history..!! doesnt matter if india has lost 14 or 40 matches at the SCG..The semi Final clash will not be easy for both teams ..!!

Since the time when ICC became Indian Cricket Council, BCCI cricket team can never lose until Finals (until then the moolah flows, including Hwala and bytting)

David please develop your sense and dont put immature text. Did you forget recent Ausie series? vs India. Of course we feel proud, when we see a main sponsor is from INDIA.

Semi Final between AUS and India
by Ashok Sapre on Mar 25, 2015 09:39 PM  | Hide replies

Author seems to have migrated from India and settled down in Australia. If you want to know the History please note Ausies have not one a single International Tournament on their Home soil. Do not forget South Africans were very confident that no one would stop them from taking the Trophy. Rest as they say is History.

when you say woeful record at SCG,why do you want to include matches from 1980s when India were still a novice in ODI cricket. In fact, even after winning 1983 world cup,India were never a dominant force in ODIs almost till early 2000.
India's path to semi final in this edition has been pretty impressive winnings against a class team like South Africa and decent teams like Pakistan and West Indies very comfortably in different grounds. This shows that the team has got accustomed to the conditions and performing wonderfully.
Yes,come tomorrow, it may be a close match or any of them can win comfortably,Between two good teams, ODI can be anybody's game anywhere and the past record has no relevance to this.
