sensible article

the way our country spends time/money/resources on cricket, India should have dominated and won at least 3 to 4 world cups at a stretch which is not the case.
Those claims are always there, not even the very best team can ever claim to guarantee a world cup win since there is always an element of fortune involved.
The way country spends resources on cricket then why to cry when almost nil medals comes up in olympics

Population of China is more than India. Which proves cricket is not popular at all. By your own logic. :-)

World Cup to retain by India
by Nitin Ray on Mar 17, 2015 08:50 AM  | Hide replies

I wish India to retain WC. But to be a bit pragmatic & not remaining in euphoria, it would b difficult for India to beat Australia as for last few months, India did not succeed against Aussies at all.

Only the issue is Australia is not in the best of its form in the world cup like South Africa. It can be beaten by any team in the present world cup based on the current form. On latest form Srilanka is leading espcially with the batting of Sangakkara and Dilshan and also India due to its alround display
