I think it is tough for bowlers. We have to reduce the overs by 40 and then try to keep batting power play of first 10 overs with 3 fielders outside and bowling power play from 20 to 20 overs with again 3 fielders outside. Rest 20 from 10 to 20 and 30 to 40 four fielders will be outside. This will be interesting and try to reduce the free hit for the no ball instead of 1 run add free 2 runs and a extra ball if bowler bowls a no ball. This will make the game fast and interesting. 5 bowlers can bowl 8 overs each with two bouncers. 40 overs each. We can try this because game started from 60 overs then reduced to 50 overs now to 40 will make it really interesting. 20 overs cricket on one side 40 overs cricket and test cricket on the otherside
