every ball required 4 runs then 1000 was possible.

are a complete nonsense.Hope ICC changes to the old patter of ten first overs of pp,five bowling pp and five batting pp.In the other thirty overs there should not be any field restrictions.

looks like ICC were on weeds hence they decided for 4 fielders max outside 30yards
