There had been talks about appointment of Professional Coaches for Indian Cricket Team. However some reason or other Ravi Sastri was appointed in a hurry. Even the minnows like Zimbabwe, Bangladesh and others have appointed professional coaches and see the performance of these teams in recent matches played. High time the BCCI have to take a wake up call and appoint somebody with real "Professional Background". Time to get rid of Sastri & C0, if India is very serious of building up good Cricket team
