It's like getting punished twice for the same offense. Same is like restriction on bowling more than 2 bouncers per over, even in Test Cricket. Why the batsmen are not restricted to more than 2 boundaries in an over or for that not more than 2 googlies or wrong ones per over??? All these ridiculous rules are turning cricket to a game for the sissy batsmen only. ICC should try to bring more balance in the game which is sadly lacking.

The more rules are altered in favour of bowlers, the more the number of matches the Indian team will lose !
