Our young players seem to be losing it with all the ego and big bucks these days.Hard work,respect and love for the game and country seem to take the back seat.MS has done a fine job and has groomed all these young players to be winners hence demands a lot of love and respect.My request to the younger players "APP KA NUMBER AYEGA....SHANTI"do not let EGO and MONEY rule you or you will make a fast exit.Stand by your capitan and serve your country and you will rise to new heights.Your team will respect you when you become captain....JAI HIND ...INDIA FIRST....do your bit and all the best.
It reflects the mentality of the Media and the cricket fans. Every cricketing country will go through the ups and downs when there is a transition phase. Again the team will get re-built. In a matured country like Australia they are criticized productively. Let us learn to accept that the top position cannot be a monopoly. Srilanka developed and now it is time that Bangladesh is coming of age. Dhoni has a captain had his share of luck when he took unexpected decision and failed with such attempts in recent times. He is a good bat and has contributed significantly to the Indian cricket. Let him give his due share of credit rather than just demeaning him.
Sorry to say but India should look beyond Dhoni for captaincy now... the role needs some fresh thinking and we should accept that his golden days has passed .. I am a big Dhoni fan but keeping teams interest at the top ,,,, Earlier the reason for Dhonis success was he used to do unusual things and trusted his players... remember yogender sharma over in t 20 wc final.. such a trustful and bold decision which oflate has not been the case.Now a days he is idealess most of the time and biggest worry is he dont trust the players and blame them whenever opportunity comes after a loss rather than saying we will bounce back or correct our mistake .. I feel he has given a lot to Indian cricket and being in such high pressure job for so long has now fatigued him. Nevertheless he should be respected for his contributions and listened.
Dhoni is not innovative nowadays.He was also modest in the beginning, maintaining team spirit,etc. which gave him result but this has changed now starting with criticizing the players like Sehwag, Tendulkar as slow fielders now pushing the Bangla player while taking a single. I had a great opinion and respect till recently. The other teams easily understands his strategy and predictable. Of course, you cannot win all the matches you play but there should be a fight. One should also think of our bowlers, how may quality bowlers we have, why our system does not provide quality bowlers continuously like Australia, what BCCI is doing with huge money. Kohli can not bring magic.we have to be realistic.

Totally agree with Afridi, Dhoni has been the most successful Captain for India and his record speaks for itself, we have this bad trait of pulling down our heroes based on a few performances and let us not forget a "Captain is only as good as his team deliveres"
