The idea of having an advisory panel with Sachin, Saurav and Laksman, without Dravid, is going to be flop. So much controversy has come to the fore, before a single ball has been bowled, thanks to the 24 x 7 media, coupled with the political comments of Captain. Virat and Dhoni have made it clear that they are quite comfortable with Shashtri. Then why this tamasha of an advisory panel? If the team wins, who of the advisory panel members gets the maximum credit? If the team loses, who takes the blame? All this is happening with a minnow team like Bangladesh. What will happen, if there is a big team? I am sure that Dravid has opted himself out cleverly after seeing all this. According to BCCI, if there are some big successful directors in a Company Board, the Company will do very well. Does it ever happen? I will not be surprised if Saurav also withdraws himself from the panel.

Dravid was himself a failure when handled Indian team as a captanain and batting consultant later. He lacks man management skills. That's why he is not considered..
Yes I agree. One need not change completely. Only he has to fine tune some of his aggression stances and he has to control his aggression to some extent so that he will be a better captain. All the best to him as captain. Sooner or latter he will be taking over one day cricket also.

Sorry,Kohli has blabbered too much even before achieving anything as a leader. Some of his comments will surely create a rift in the team and he will have a tough time.
