BCCI is not needed to endorse anything about Dravid. They are under compulsion to include Mumbai and Bengal. It is BCCI that needs Dravid and not vice versa.

But Drawid was the Slowest Tortoise (After Sunil Gavskar) in World cricket - His Strike rate was poor and most of the Indian crowds Booed him whenever he came to bat and cheered when he got out.
