Ganguly after hearing the court verdict immediately welcomed it and also asked BCCI to revoke the player ban.

One has to remember that Ganguly was part of Mudgil committee which did the investigation and based on which the RR and Chennai got suspended for two years. There is also names of 12 players in the same report which is not yet public.

SO if Ganguly welcomes the current court verdict and also asks BCCI to takeback the players.. then it can only mean one thing. None of the players including Sreesanth's name is in the list of Mudgil committee..

BCCI is just playing with these players careers and life and they have no justification in that

Is BCCI above the court and laws of India?

The courts asked to BAN CHennai and Rajasthan royals.
SO far there is no response from BCCI!!!

The courts has cleared all charges against the players... including match fixing!
BCCI still says there is disciplanary action against the players!!

CAN BCCI exactly say what is the disciplinary action ????
