Who will compensate these players
by Tom Dick on Jul 28, 2015 08:48 AM

It is unfortunate that media and other people in official position punish people before a verdict is given by the court of law in this country. Who will compensate these players for their loss of income, reputation and integrity? Will TV Channels and newspapers who crucified these people come forward a nd apologize these players for their insensitive reporting. When officials at BCCI say that the ban is still on means they have no respect for the court of law in this country. If the court found out that there is reason to punish them and free them, then no other officials can stop them. That should be construed as contempt of court. Let us help to create a world class cricket team for India forever!Jai Hind.

Life ban on three cricketers to stay - BCCI
by P S SHAH on Jul 27, 2015 09:51 AM

BCCI is managed by the politicians and businessmen who are not interested in cricket but the power and funds generated by the cricket in India. No one had guts to say anything to Sreenivasan who was guilty for mismanagement and still no one can do anything to him because he was a man with influence, power. BCCI did not do anything to him or to his son in law inspite of clear findings against them but want to take arbitrarily decision against the three cricketers who are aquitted by the court. This cricketers has every right to earn a living and BCCI is not justified their ban for life time against this cricketers. Every one has self interest and has no guts or courage to displease or say against BCCI due to their vested interest barring Saurav Ganguli who has shown guts and courage to say that after the verdict of the court if nothing is proved against this cricketers, they should not be further penalised and their ban must be lifted.

BCCI

When players are found not guilty, it confirms there is no max fixing. When there is no match fixing respective IPL team managements are also not guilty except the two individuals who are said to be involved in gambling. When it is so BCCI has no right to continue the Ban agst the players who are not guilty. The board is manned by rich influential personnel who never played cricket. BCCI management to be dissolved and Govt should take over and appoint fresh set of people who have done something as player, to the game and the country

BAN BCCI
by abhinav sharma on Jul 26, 2015 12:03 PM

Ban BCCI it is acting like an extra judicial body. It isn't above the law of the land. Why are players being punished for the crimes of BCCI office bearers. Ban BCCI cause its acting against the interests of the players.

Earlier also some greats like Azar, Jadeja and some others were punished like this and they were also released like this. Without knowing any thing simply they punish the players

Shriniwas Kelkar
Srisanth etc. Vs. BCCI
by Shriniwas Kelkar on Jul 25, 2015 11:42 PM

What is surprising about BCCI not lifting the life time ban? If Srini is not to be touched even though the court finds him guilty, then the converse is that Srisanth and others must be guilty and should be punisheed!!! Now BCCI can say that Srisanth is guilty for not following Srini and Mayappan's orders of match fixing, as the courts have ruled that Srisanth et al have not violated any law or rules

Sreesanth's acquittal from charges
by Ravi Mannethu on Jul 25, 2015 11:09 PM

It is absurd to hear from the BCCI that the life term ban on Sreesanth will remain despite the court verdict absolving him from all charges. Are the buffoons controlling the BCCI are above the law of the land to ban him from practising from the Club leve.Manyatime this bowler has proved his mettle at the crucial occasions when team India won the match. There is still fire in him to rise to the occasion and flatten the most devastating batsman of any country.BCCI's decision is deplorable and should be condemned.
