It is easier to get relief in SC rather than in lower courts.

Sorry, you are wrong. SC has already stated that the recommendation of the Justice Lodha committee will be binding on BCCI.

Two years' suspension is too little for taking the Indian public for a ride. The penalty should have been at least 5 years.
