since indian pace attack is vulnerable in aus conditions, its better we go with two medium fast bowlers and 3 spinners with one all rounder. either the runs can be controlled or wickets would fall.

1. rohit
2. Shikhar (we hope he delivers)
3. virat
4. ajinkya
5. raina
6. dhoni
7. binny
8. jadeja
9. ashwin/ axar
10. ishant/ shami

Role of allrounders in WC
by srirama chandra rao on Jan 29, 2015 12:24 PM

It will be handy for a team to have one or two allrounders who can contribute with bat and ball
India is yet to find the best allrounder like Kapil or Manoj Prabhakar though many are tried. They were banking on Jadeja but he is missing most of the games because of injury. Now Binny is included in the side and we have to see how he fills the slot

Alrounders role in WC
by srirama chandra rao on Jan 29, 2015 12:20 PM

It becomes very crucial to have a an alrounder in the team in the limited overs cricket. With four regular bowlers and with one or two alrounders who can bat in the middle order rather than lower order, it becomes handy. For ex like Polard or Binny or WATSON etc.,
