yes, if he sells cks team he will contest for election and become president of bcci...
he has not been found guilty of any sort of fixing...he was only hounded for being innocent...
Happy Srinivasan will be our frosm BCCI. However the Court should also restrict the entry of politicians into the BCCI Board. Let sports bodies also not become money spinners for poloticians
What action have been taken on Dhoni for speaking lie about Srinivasans son-in-law? He had said that Son-in-law of Srinivasan is just a cricket enthusiast, but the facts are different
All through the past years these office bearers of B.C.C.I. even the legends of this game cheated the cricket fan by clandestinely involving in musical chair to grab power and consequently amass wealth in most dubious manner. The ex players like Gavaskar,Shastri,Srikant and lot many remained silent spectators to have a share of the cake.It is a gang of politicians and bureaucrats who manipulated things and cheated the poor fan who regarded cricket to be a religion. The B.c.c.i. is a corrupt body and it always looted the public.
when comes to paying tax-BCCI is a charity organisation. when comes to doing business (IPL, CLT, etc)-BCCI is a corporate mega company. Never paid single rupee as tax inspite of business in thousands of crores every year.

There is more than things than it meets eye.Be sure the whole of IPL is being fixed. If 2 sponsers were betting and 9 players were part of it and lot many involved with it had conflict of interest(Srinivasan,Srikant,Dhoni,Ganguly,Shastri,Gavaskar etc),then most matches must have been fixed and in totality the fan was always taken for a ride.

Yes he is not a holy cow, when it comes to B.c.c.i.,he is a close friend of Pawar,Lalu,That Congress leader Shukla and others. These people are a gang of powerful politicians who do all filthy things without any transparency to take the fans for a ride.
Every member of the BCCI board is responsible for this. How they agreed to amend the rule that a team owner can become BCCI President?? It means all supported for a corrupt cause
Well the BCCI Group was all along maintaining that let the Hon,SupremeCourt decide and give a verdict. My request to all those very gentlemen in the BCCI is you please step aside and leave the cricket administrators' burden and enjoy the real cricket from the galleries and cheer for India if you ever enjoyed watching cricket.,ie., if you have the spine to say that we have had enough of this(wealth)Indian Cricket running.

We should also keep other factors in mind, Lalit Modi, who was also a Business Men popularized IPL game across the globe. They created opportunity for players across the Globe participating on IPL, I am sure Gavaskar / Shastri could not achieve this...
Every game sponsors are Business men, none of the Game can see a limelight without a Business sponsors, what is wrong in it? it is also obvious that Businessmen will have vested interest
I think, SC verdict is one directional, which may show IPL for the burial ground. At the same time, Greediness should be controlled like Betting etc

Cricket had its great appeal in India and an able administration was the only thing needed and sadly missing till date,in its modernisation days.If it were just a question of making profits ,it is okay like any business venture to invest.it is when all the murkier and yet to be proven facts of the shadey dealings in it,which warrants a thorough cropping. An able 'institutionally integral" team of leaders can make both outside investments and profits from it and need not allow illegalities in its cover.
