This just shows the vast difference between international cricket and India's domestic cricket. A batsman who could not score much runs in intl cricket, comes back home and the very next day scores a rousing hundred in India's domestic cricket. If Indian cricket needs to improve for good, the domestic system needs an overhaul. Make it professional, inculcate importance into it and make the players toil and reward them well for it.

You are so correct. Saha was dodo in Australia. The cricket board could have selected Robin Uthappa, a batsman who could hammer top pace bowlers even in an opening slot. Probably they were afraid that he would upstage Mahendra Singh Dhoni.

Robin is a proven international failure plus he is not a full time WK.. so plz stop posting his name..
He is easily India's finest wicketkeeper after Syed Kirmani. Cannot recall him giving a single bye in Australia's mammoth totals in the recent series. He can bat quite well too. Needs more chances. Came up with two responsible knocks in the 4 innings he played . However his dismissal in the second innings of the Adelaide Test was disappointing. He needs to guard against such dismissals so that cricket illiterates like Sameer Pandita cannot wag their tongues.

Unfair for Aussies.I will stump 6 wickets in 1st over.might have to use super-slowmotion camera to spot my jalwa behind wickets.

Saha does not have the strokeplay of Uthappa. There is no reason to select him ahead of Uthappa if the latter is abetter batsman.

Faltu batsman .Failed when opportunity came his way .But Indian team has seen even worse batsmen being given an opportunity .So maybe he can be tried out once more .
