Optimistic, but unlikely. The present Pakistan team doesn't have players of the caliber of Javed Miandad, Inzamam or match winning bowlers like Wasim Akram. It doesn't have someone with the leadership abilities of Imran Khan. There are individually good players like Afridi but not a charismatic leader. The current Pakistan batting is also not very strong. For that reason, I think that a WC92 repeat is unlikely.
