Although I wud have to concede that this young team atleast were not whitewashed as per the earlier team which had senior players. But this is what ails us as a nation that we usually succumb to a challenge due to lack of preparation and self belief. This was probably the weakest Aussie team with hardly any match winners to boast of and the most placid batting tracks offered for the test matches.I hope and pray we take test cricket more seriously specially when travelling abroad. Some of the young players have to step up and start taking test cricket as a challenge. We have observed a pool of talented players (batters & bowlers) in the last 7-8 years but have not lived up to the billing.I believe it boils down to one's priorities and seriousness to do well in all formats.BCCI shud also start financing other sports persons/teams which are showing signs of improvement & hope in the international arena.

starc hazlewood and haris are quite good bowlers.as good as mcgrath, johnson etc.its quite strong aussie team dude
It is great that Indians managed to draw the final test. Indians should have taken Yuvraj for the series and could give robin utappa a chance in tests it would strengthen batting
This should easily be the last Test for Raina as his contribution was NIL, even as India badly needed experienced batting in the lower orders. Even a one handed Pujara would have made a few runs.
Others who performed much below potential are Yadav, Dhawan and Aaron. Hope they will be axed for some time at least.
Above comment applies to Rohith also, but that is a globally known fact by now...
