The Leader of the pack and the LEECH
by Ramesh Ramakrishnan on Feb 23, 2015 10:49 AM  | Hide replies

A leader is one where he takes responsibility when things go wrong. He always gives credit when due- stays in the background when its time for victory laps- LEECH is exactly the opposite- pulse question- who is the leader and who is the leech

Congrats to the Captain

It all depends upon the Confidence and ability of daring decision to take the challenge of the Captain/skipper, when you have the faith in a particular batsman, even though entire world is against his selection.Mahendra Singh Dhoni is to be congratulated

Rahane should open the innings with Dhavan in the next match, Rohit may come at No3 or 4, keepinh up the right-left combination of batsmen at the wickets

Whatever be the order of batting if 1-3 batsmen did fairly or satisfactorily well, the successors irrespective of order naturally perform the optimum. It is mere psychological. In case of failure, batsmen 4-6 not play to their optimum. In exceptional cases, like Kapil had during 1983 agst Zimbabe, rarely some do well.

somebody should tell rohit that scoring double centuries against countries like ireland sl and aus dont make him a good batsman....he should score them against quality opposition...

Sehwag was a better batsman, not now. What Sehwag has done for Indian cricket, no one will touch that height.
