Great Win, but long way to go
by rahul gupta on Feb 16, 2015 09:01 AM

It is indeed great to defeat terrorists, but spare a thought for the upcoming games.
Terrorists today are a C grade cricket team and India is no match for SA, NZ,AUS. This team will be brought down soon none ny the politician Dhobi

Yadav - Sprayed the balll everywhere and lucky to get 2 wkts
Dhawan - Doesnt look like he can hang for long at the crease.
Rayudu, Rayana- Test matches ?
Bhuvanshwar - Injured again??? How he passed the fitness test last week?

Though we fill it is stpd silly but it is indian game and to win a contest against the Pakis is more valuable than to win the cup. So to encourage the moral as first person of India,it is great thing. Team India played spelndid.

The match lost to India is too much to digest by any Pakistani. Once it was reported in the news that one roadside vendor in Pakistan commented that "we dont mind losing against any other country but not India". It just confirms that Pakis are all enemies of India. They cant take cricket as a game. But it is always fair game, approach and finally the better team wins. Above all, what all these people gain by burning their TV sets? It shows their mental make up and approach to the game.

Silly

This is so silly. PM and president of a country congratulating for a stu pid game. Trust me, I am big cricket fan but this is why this country is so crazy about this one sport. I can at least understand if they had won the world cup, but to congratulate when the team won just won one game is ridiculous. Perhaps they thought it was important because it was against Pak which makes this even more boneheaded.

Billions of people tie their emotions, pride and passion with the performance of 11 players
on the field on a single day, to forget the fact that they are low achievers in real Life. Whereas
no such passion exists between England and Australia or in other Western countries where
people are more focused on their achievements and performance and not about what 11 people
are doing in a single day. Second problem is nobody has real passion for sports in their daily
Life. No real gym or athletics or marathons or other sports like hockey etc. Just chit-chatting ...

Well Played
by himamshu on Feb 16, 2015 03:12 AM

I never expected Shikhar Dhawan and Suresh Raina to get 70 plus scores.

I thought Virat Kohli will continue his poor form.

Well played Batsmen, and Mohammad Shami, well Bowled as well.

World Cup Blues
Big deal, no big deal...it's just a game...
The winners are all gong-ho with their celebratory chest-thumping, while the disappointed
losers are venting their anger by thrashing their television sets in the streets...childishness!

gavaskar stood behind kapil in 1983 world cup win - sachin stood behind dhoni in 2011 world cup win - opinions differ - now nation of 1.25 billion stands behind Indian team to win world cup for third time - now win against Pakistan in the first match will be a great boost for Indian team to lift cricket world cup for third time - all the best Indian team -

For the historic 1983 World Cup Victory, let us not forget the all-rounder Mohinder Amarnath in addition to Kapil Dev and Sunil Gavaskar. It was a total effort
