What else can you expect from these MOST TALENTED BUT USELESS players ? I suggest the Cricket Board must device some formulae for regulating payment.. their performance with respect to performance of the team must be analysed and if the team performs not upto desirable level, then their remuneration must be restricted and made on pro-rata basis only... these MOST TALENTED BUT USELESS players are used to getting paid for no significant contribution for sometime now... its high time that the board device some formulae immediately so that non-performers / under performers are given only what they deserve...

What BCCI pays them for International matches all thru' the year is much less when compared with what they get in IPL for 1 month of duty. So controlling their payment in International matches alone will not solve the issue. Control their participation in IPL itself. When your basis survival is in question, they will start performing.
