in that case, you will have to make every one captain... is Kohli not scoring because of that ? kya kya bol reha tha when he scored some runs in test matches... now see whats his contribution ? yes, we need to appreciate good work done but a couple of good work and for the rest of life doing all things that bring disrepute cannot be appreciated
one dead half century in a warm-up match and started band baaja....talks of getting back to runs and he thinks losing badly is ideal start to world cup matches...great psychology...
Analysis the performance of these so called MOST TALENTED BUT USELESS PLAYERS with the PERFORMANCE OF TEAM and if the team loses, devise a proper structure to pay the players only based on their performance; i.e., if no performance continuously, then the remuneration they are getting must be made proportionately only... because these so called MOST TALENTED BUT USELESS PLAYERS have become used to getting paid for no contribution at all... The cricket board must device some formulae for payment based on performance only... and for repeated failures, such players must be considered for exclusion from the team itself
