Criticism
by KRANTIKUMAR KANTAK on Dec 11, 2015 12:31 PM

Everyone has right to criticise Mr. Kohli. The near ones will only point out out shortcomings & weakness to do away with this. For improvement we need a critic near our house is the saying. Everyone know how batsmen who had big name faired. What happened in ONE DAYERS & 20-20. Take criticism & improve that should be motto.

Absurd

There are many brilliant players who never got a chance for the country - remember Rajinder Goel and Shivalkar ? Do you mean these guys have no standing to comment ?

not palatable
by PK Sagar on Dec 11, 2015 11:40 AM  | Hide replies

Such comments by the captain are not palatable. The criticism is not directed at the players or their play, but all are lamenting the idea of playing on an under prepared wicket ending a 5 day test match in less than 3 days. This does not augur well for test cricket is all that they said. Virat should stop being arrogant and conduct himself with some modesty

INTOLERANCE
by vikas garg on Dec 11, 2015 11:37 AM  | Hide replies

when praises and accolades are heaped on you by the people who haven't played cricket, why don't you say that thay have no right to praise? a little criticism and you can't take it positively. this shows your intolerance towards positive criticism. Is it not true that the pitches were made to favour indians? is it not true when the pitch was not spin friendly in T-20 and ODI, SA banged us black and blue? SPEAK UP MR CAPTAIN!!

We need to beat Australia, SA and England on their soil
by Ganesh V on Dec 11, 2015 09:39 AM  | Hide replies

Mr. Kohli, this is not to discredit you of the victory. It would be brilliant if we win in Australia, SA and England otherwise if every country can only win in their own country, there is no fun. Test cricket will die its death. Also, please use DRS with hotspot...let's not stick to our Ego's

partially agree with you Ganesh. but no body can make any comment when our team face same situation at other team home( SA ,Aust. etc) they also prepared the pitch according to their team. then what is problem as we made the pitch according to our team. It means that we are still slaved of white skin

@ Sanjay Sir - Cricket has been Invented by The British in The Early 16th Century AD, & it was
Specifically Modeled & Designed to Suit their Style & Strengths of Playing i.e. Fast Bowling in Swinging conditions.

Hence they use a Brand New Hard Red or White Ball (Kookaburra, Duke's, SG Brand of late Pink ball as well). This New ball Swings, Bounces, has Lateral Movement On and Off The Seam and Favours Fast & Swing bowlers heavily under cloudy skies.

Hence Most of The Christian & Islamic Countries acknowledged this fact and made Fast Bowling as their main weapon.

India, Sri Lanka on the other hand were Historically unable to produce Physically Tall,
Strong & Brave Fast Bowlers who could Bowl consistently at 150 KM/Hour, so we began Mastering Spin which is Relatively Easier, Slower and Less demanding in physical exertion. So India, Pakistan, Bangladesh & Sri Lanka became experts in Spin bowling as it was easier to take wickets and confuse batsmen.

Pakistan knew how to produce both World Class Fast Bowlers & Top Class Spinners as well simultaneously.

India managed only to Perform & Win with Medium pacers and Spinners!! Hence Indians produced Batting & spinning wickets.

Expecting an Indian team to Win a Test Series in Australia, South Africa, England & New Zealand with such a Background & Mindset will be Really Difficult and also Impossible as Indian Batsmen find it Difficult to play their Fast bowling & there is almost
