nobody wants a nuisance and mischief creating neighbour. relationship with pakistan should be used as a tool to make the double speaking nation fall in line. india should keep pakistan at an arms distance so that the nuisance factor is in control. india has nothing to gain from a nation which is not clear about its own identity.
