See Mr. Kaushik - Cricket has been Invented by The British in The Early 16th Century AD, & it was Specifically Modeled & Designed to Suit their Style & Strengths of Playing i.e. Fast Bowling in Swinging conditions.
Hence they use a Brand New Hard Red Ball (Kookaburra, Duke's, SG Brand of late Pink ball as well). This New ball Swings, Bounces, has Lateral Movement On and Off The pitch and Favours Fast & Swing bowlers heavily under cloudy skies.
Hence Most of The Christian & Islamic Countries acknowledged this fact and made Fast Bowling as their main weapon.
India, Sri Lanka on the other hand were Historically unable to produce Physically Tall, Strong & Brave Fast Bowlers who could Bowl consistently at 150 KM/Hour, so we began Mastering Spin which is Relatively Easier, Slower and Less demanding in physical exertion. So India, Pakistan, Bangladesh & Sri Lanka became experts in Spin bowling as it was easier to take wickets and confuse batmen.

As Australia, South Africa, England & New Zealand are experts in Fast Bowling - They produce wickets which suit their style of cricket.
Hence in Australia & New Zealand Test Series - Both sides were Capable & Pace Bowling oriented & both had the skill to outplay each other. So we cannot compare or complain with them.
They cannot easily beat us in our home soil and we cannot beat them on their home soil.
so cant we say the same thing about steyn morkel tahir too? and starc siddle hazelwood, mitchell johnson etc. too? dont these people also want to win abroad?

Morkel & Steyn have very good record on Indian pitches,even in the current series Morkel has bowled well.For the rest though,your theory holds good.
Boards of diff countries have/make suitable pitches for respctv teams...so no fuss on that, tomo they go to diff country same result with other team winning.
