It is Foul play

I am not agreed to what Mishra is saying. What happened to these spinners in the ODI series??? Why they didnt perform in other format. Proteas played well on the good tracks. I also condemn Shastri for trying to intimidate pitch curators!!! This is not cricket as far as we know, doesnt matter if the other countries follow such practices.

The pitch has a part to -play

What ever Mishra may say, a spin bowler can shine only if the pitch aids him. Here is an excerpt from Wikipedia on Spin Bowling :

Spin bowlers are generally given the task of bowling with an old, worn cricket ball. A new cricket ball better suits the techniques of fast bowling than spin bowling, while a worn one grips the pitch better and achieves greater spin.[1] Spin bowlers are also more effective later in a game, as the pitch dries up and begins to crack and crumble. This again provides more purchase for the spinning ball and produces greater deviation.

The Comedy in this Series was - The Wickets Prepared were Doctored Rank Turners and Indian Spinners Opened the Attack and Bowled with The New Ball and Yet took wickets of Top order batsmen.

Yes, Mishra is right, we should appreciate the good work done by spinners rather than criticizing the pitch. If same thing happens anywhere outside India then instead of blaming the pitch people will blame the batsmen that they can not face pace bowlers, they do not have the right technique, afraid of pace bowlers and bla bla bla.Batsmen get seriously injured but the bowler will be praised and batsman will be accused for not having the right technique to tackle a pace bowler. But when it comes to Indian conditions, Indian pitches will be blamed instead of blaming the batsmen for not having right technique to tackle the spin bowling. At least spin bowling does not physically injure a batsman, it injures the pride of batsman, who are unable to play spin bowling.

Both are Psychological and Challenging - Only a Batsman of Extraordinary Capability like AB De Villiers can Succeed and Bat through on Both Fast Swinging as well as Spinning wickets.

Most of the others failed to perform.

Anyway I don't like to see Bowlers Dominating the batsmen.
