What about replacing the eternal favourite rohit with binny or karun... I think binny deserves to get a chance to bat higher up. Considering his perf in England as a batsman.

Yes, they can do it drop rohit sharma and play Karun Nair in his place give binny one more chance to prove his mettle in tests.
At this position, in tests there are 2 responsibilities, 1)When team is in trouble, you should play the anchor role and built a healthy partnership with other player, while saving the test match you need to stay there on the crease, for that you must have sound technique to defend. 2)When the team is in healthy position and when there are enough runs on the board batsman batting at no-6 or 7, must bat attackingly to score runs fast and quickly especially in the first innings so that our bowlers could get the time to bowl out the opposition.
As far as his bowling is concerned, He is definitely not an out and out fast bowler or not even called as a strike bowler who could ran through the opposition batting line up with his express speed or express swing or accuracy. He is a modest gentle medium paced bowler who always used as third or fourth bowler for the support of strike bowlers, he can not take lot of wickets or can not be too economical.
Considering all these aspects, it's upto the team management and Kohali to decide whether to go with Binny who can do all things but in bits and pieces or either a batting specialist or bowling specialist. In my opinion, if the track is very supportive for spin bowling then we should play Harbhajan, otherwise Bhuvaneshwar Kumar, IF PERFECTLY FIT, would be a better option for Binny.

Obvious replacement for Vijay is Pujara. Saha is Naman Ojha.
What about playing Karun Nair, who plays for Karnataka in first class cricket, in place of Binny, why I am saying this is because he can also be use as off-break bowler.
He has scored 1724 first class runs with very healthy average of 50.70 with five 50's and five 100's. He looks very talented player with good temperament for First class, A-list (India-A) as well as for Rajasthan royals under the guidance of Rahul Dravid. I think he deserves a chance.
Kumar should be given a chance ahead of Binny though Binny has done reasonably well. I prefer Karan sharma to replace Rohit as Karan is in form Ofcourse Rohit also can bat well at No. 5. Pujara and Rahul should open the innings followed by Rahane, Virat,Rohit, Ojha ..... It is not a bad idea to use Rahul for wicket keeping so that Karan also can be included. But ofcourse we are putting pressure on Rahul. Choice shoud be given to Rahul whether he is ready for wicket keeping for full test as he has to open the innings again
Three pacers and two spinners or two pacers and three spinners!? The team management has to decide. Personally I would prefer 3 pacers but I may be a minority!
