A hopeless team in the path of rebuilding :

The evil spirit has gone. M S Dhoni is no more in the dressing room. No more there would be threat of bossism and victimization for closeness to the board president. It is for Virat Kohli to prove, he is a captain material for a long term for the longer version. He is having some good reserve bench to pick up the right choices for some positions that are searching for permanent occupiers. I think Cheteswar Pujara's position is quite suspect. With Sikhar Dhawan the lefty tough at the top providing dare-devilry it is for Virat to decide who will partner him at the top. Murali Vijay and K.L Rahul are doing equally well. If both are taken, Pujara, an inonsistent and a very ultra-defensive slow starter may have to sit out as Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma and Ajinkya Rahane are coming next in thast order with Saha at no 7. The senior Offie Harbhajan has not been taken only to enjoy the beauty of Lankan beaches. And who can better partner him than a Rabichandran Ashwin? As Md Shami is now resting his heels for the injury he recived, Umesh and Ishant Yadav look certainties, though Bhuvneshwar Kumar may throw his gauntlet for Umesh and Varun Aaron may have to be enjoying the match from the pavilion in the company of Ms Pujara and Amit Mishra. Does Mishra have any future in Indian team at present? It is a nice thing to note, Ravindra Jadeja is not there to upset the balance of the team as Dhoni is not around. So, Virat, it is now your time to do something . Good luck.

A few years down the line, you will be calling Virat Kohli an evil spirit, too.
