Too many cooks spoil the broth

This above English proverb hits the nail on the head perfectly in case of MI. The number of experts former international cricketers, coaches etc who are on the pay roll of MI have failed to find a winning way for the team. Chief Mentor-Sachin Tendulkar; Mentor- Anil Kumble; Chief Coach-Ricky Ponting; Bowling Coach- Shane Bond; Fielding Coach-Jonty Rhodes; Asstt Coach - Robin Singh; & a few others like Venkatesh Prasad etc. As the first photo shows Sachin is giving some bowling tips to Pawan Suyal-a medium pacer in the MI team, what is the necessity for Sachin to do this,it is Shane Bond's job,he is being for that. It appears too much expertise, has led to interference in one another's zone, thereby leading to no one being serious about one's job,& the result is there to see, lagging behind last in the table.

guess MI needs to kick the entire think tank out.. and get some new guys into basically to get fresh ideas.. all these so called greats have only added to the misery of the team and also to the wallet ofthe owners... look at rajasthan royals.. no yappiee think tank.. but dedicated guys like dravid .. etc .. and also the team.. no star players..only team players... have donethe trick .guys like sachin in dug out only addes to the tension of on field players .. and further the new players are also afraid to give out their ideas lest the star think tank may feel antagonized ...

MI iscrap, agree. But we saw how dedicated RR players fell for fixing and yet their captain claimed innocence.

MI and IPL

Obviously, the top heavy think tank with different views and no one to coordinate with Chief coach is hampering Mumbai Indias. The MI squad as a whole is not worth its money.Look at RR with modest resources they have built their team to such a high reputation that no other team is able to do that.Shane Waughn was the Captain of the Team RR and also its Coach to begin the IPL- 1 with a victory.no icons no big names of cricketers on their role but dedication and single handed guidance to the young enthusiasts.

MI must think about one or two trainers or managers. They more trainers' than the players.
