Unassuming Rahul Dravid has done a wonderful job as a chief coach for Rajstan Royals.The consistant performance by RR in the IPL under his stewardship speaks volumes about his man management skills.Ravi Shastri also did well as the Director of Team India during a short tenure when things were not going well for Team India under Duncan Fletcher.Time has come for these talented Indian coaches/mentors to get recognition on the national stage for a longer time.
