He is definitely past his prime and may not repeat his cameos. Delhi Dare Devils were desperate to have a good aggressive Indian batsman & in the heat of bidding ,crossed the lilit of a justificable price . Only loads of luck can justify such prices; so Best of Luck .
Yuvraj should not beg for his place in team india. The likes of Virat Kohli, Raina, Rahane, Jadeja all failed to perform when it matters the most but Yuvraj archered the win of 2011 worldcup with his batting & bowling. His recent form was also good & he shown that by making three consecutive centuries in Ranji Matches. Now if ranji is not a criteria for team selection then it clearly indicates towards the dictatorship of some selfish players.
Yuvi is a great fighter. He has got a "never say die "attitude and according to me this will go a long way. Its really unfair to judge a caliber like yuvraj singh in terms of money. He has proved his ability in 2011 world cup for India. I hope he can replicate the same for his side in IPL 8.
He has the potential to justify his price, provided his father keeps his mouth shut and do not build his castle on his sholders. It will be too heavy for him to carry both.
There is no choice for Yuvraj but to delivery in the ensuing IPL considering that he has been bought at Rs.16 crore by Delhi Dare Devils. He is a fine batsman of pace and a good finisher. He can also help the team with his outstanding fielding and also share the bowling to get some breakthrough.
his father was blaming Mr Dhoni radically, poor fellow doesnt know the mental strength of his son, yuvi's play is like once in a full moon day. eye movement & foot work will not give full confidence to the runs.
