Indian team - However Strong cannot beat Australia or South Africa in a Test Series - On Australian and South African pitches.

Indian team also struggles consistently against Swing bowling of New Zealand and England.

India also have a Poor Win Loss ratio against Pakistan as well.

Indians can claim Superiority only over Sri Lanka, West Indies, Bangladesh, Zimbabwe and other smaller teams (Sometimes they too manage to beat our Over-hyped team by big margins).

Do you think so. Look carefully at how he pulled down Ganguly to get captaincy. How he dropped captaincy because he couldn't handle responsibility and recently how 3 players told him about bookies and 3 got caught out of the Rajasthan Royals when he was captain and he pretends that he is not aware!!

Australia was a better team
by dhananjay parchure on Apr 05, 2015 10:44 PM

It needed a common sense approach by Dhawan n Rohit after the start - 70 in twelve overs.. Simple run a ball partnership for another hundred runs and then the things would have been totally different. Dhawan threw away all the goodwork with one silly shot...

cricket debacle
by chander seth on Apr 05, 2015 10:15 PM

indian team just gave up. it did not give any fight. it appears that version of rahul about australian supremacy was believed by the indian team before the contest began. indian team had four faourits of dhoni. raina, jadeja, rohit and dhavan all non performers preceeding the world cup games. selectors should be sacked incl shastri

Rahul- you were a fantastic player and never satisfied with being 2nd best. Theres no applause for being 2nd or 3rd best. Unless India starts winning everywhere, all the star players are just galli cricketers, stars only in their gallies...

Better Team
by Vadde Visswanath on Apr 05, 2015 02:31 PM

India had a Chance of learning about its weakness when it lost in Series against Australia. We accept Australia is a better team, why didn't we learn ? South Africa lost in Semi-Finals with Pride, but not India. We just let it go. I dont find any fight from India in Semi-Finals.

India could have won the world cup if they had lost at least one of the league matches.

we were very weak
by Dhantannan on Apr 05, 2015 01:34 PM  | Hide replies

we have to admit this.
our wins masked our weakness. against pak,sa toss and dropped catches saved us.
against a really strong time we were totally exposed.
we had long tail, we had no allrounder, we had kohli, rahane totally out of form since pak and sa match.
