this type of situation faced by team india,south africa,pakistan,sri lanka also. when they faced good teams their standard reality comes.

Look at situation in first wc west indies had battry of world best fast bowlers thay time five members of indian team were hospitalised due to bouncers injuries and rest six players gave tough fight including Sunil so bowlers always have the key role but in 1996 Shri Lanka was in best form I beg your apology I thing parkistan defeated Australia in semi finals in 1992 sorry sir then England in final but fact remains that under performance of key players like Virat Macmulan costed team cup sorry we are not professions as these guys just hobby we play cricket so we need not comment on them but ruthless Australian selectors asked ricky pointing to retire with respect after he lost semi finals in mohali in 2011 as captain that ruthless attitude also kills the desire to perform some times as padagical approach of school teachers is no longer useful in schools also thanks

One correction Pakistan defeated New Zealand in semi finals in 1992 and England defeated South Africa in semi finals in 1992. Australia failed to qualify for semi finals in 1992
