Team India knows best, just need guidance, tie up, support at back. Most sports in India lack that crucial support focus totally. Modern day friendly battles are at more in play fields.

BCCI should share strength responsibilities with other country and prepare level playing fields n pitches in India in big way. Nothing contributes more than a simple playing field!
Indian cricket selection team first need to be revamped - Ganguly, Dravid and Sachin shall be made selectors.Then the team need a good coach who can work with a stick. More importantly the captaincy and team need a urgent change.

Ravi Shastri was very selfish player, He was never a Team man. Champion of Champion Title came to him thru his selfish tactics. He always used to keep aside Team's interest. He is not worth the position given to him today.
Just remove Dhoni from all 3 formats and India will start winning again. Just Dhoni's meere presence in dressing room is a hitler factor and demoralies many players. Dhoni now is a bad keeper, as known he is the captain who has no sense at al in cricket and further he is corrupt and selfish.
