He and dhongi should be put in jail as both are fixers and sticking to their chairs.
At the outset of the proceedings, senior advocate Kapil Sibal, appearing for Srinivasan, asked the court to reveal whether there was anything against him in Justice Mudgal's interim report so that he be allowed to take up the charge of the BCCI if there is nothing against him.
The bench said that no comments have been made against Srinivasan in the report but the probe is still going on and he cannot be allowed to function as BCCI president.

that should be interpreted as - No comments have been made against srini YET - but as prez if he was unaware of all that was going on under his nose including his darling soninlaw (who was exonerated in a flash by an NSrini appointed committee), and not to forget that the interim prez - shivlal yadav had the gall to appoint his relative as one of the probe committee - corruption is now a part of bcci's DNA
